PPC vs paper

OK we are concern some say that digital media is the new era. From my experience in real estate it costs to generate a lead using small town community newspapers approx $10/lead and that goes to $20/lead for big city papers. In contrast, using PPC it cost me approx $500/lead (get a lot of clicks, but few calls) using big name search engines. Therefore it is a lot cheaper to turn to newspapers.
