Please learn internet slang as it is common on twitter and other pages. Most of your SMS is full of slang and people use it to speed up writing a message. Personally I find most slang to be a bit funny, but sometimes I get some concerns. Perhaps a customer will go away. I mean if they see too much jargon on your pages. That said, I love old slang like 50's slang to use as spice.
