Testing anchor text links is important. Ken says Google does not count nofollow. Well, that may be so. I feel that some nofollow links like from WIKI have more weight than other, but not sure.
Anchor text is very important in the links you get so try to maximize. By that I mean tell friends not to use click here, but to descrive your site so it helps you.
