Old bullets?

A US firm was selling the Afghans military old Chinese munitions that were corroded and bad. It is against regulations to sell any weapons or ammunition from a Chinese military. An investigation is on going. The firm sold more than 200 million dollars worth of supplies to the Afghan Peoples National Army.
