Fuel Efficient Cars

The Toyota Yaris is a very fuel efficient automobile. However we need to make an even smaller more efficient SPV (SinglePassenger Vehicle) The Yaris sits four people and only gets 32 mpg. What we need is a 200mpg SPV.
