There are some theories about Bing versus Google in seo. I can tell you that most people use Google as their search engine. BING/Live/MSN is not max pop. People actually did prefer yahoo which is now gone. Mostly we are sad, as our options are less now. That said, they do not operate the same. Bing give more importance to content and less to link juice. Also, they give up more space.
