Dr. Ron Mallette's new book

Dr. Ron Mallette has a new book about time travel. He is building a time machine using a rotating laser. This device should allow communication across time. The device is different from inventor Steven Gibbs Hyper Dimensional Resonator which uses an electromagnet and technology similar to that of the Philadephia Experiment.
