Chavez threatens to cut off oil to US

President Hugo Chavez of Venzuela stated that he would cut of oil to the US if they interfere with the vote on Sunday. He was adamant that he would stop all flow of oil. This is a major problem since 15% of US oil comes from Venezuela.
