Decline in page rank

OK one thing have seen is in page rank a steady erosion. For example, the web site rapture christ used to be page rank five and now is only three and may soon be only one. This is due to a steady decline in pr. Perhaps, this might be getting worse. I hope people realize that many sites are on decline now.
